Ofer Bokobza is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. He joined EOI in April 2010 with more than 20 years' experience in executive level positions in the semiconductor market, mainly in the Silicon Valley, California. Ofer served as VP of New Market Development at FormFactor, and as VP and GM for their $300M DRAM Business Unit. Previously, he worked at Applied Materials, where he held various management positions, most recently, as Managing Director and GM for the Productivity and Yield Tools Division. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Dr. Mark M. Levy is the founder of EOI and a member of the Company's Board of Directors. He brings 28 years of medical and academic experience to the company. Mark is currently an Adjunct Lecturer for the Biomedical Engineering Department at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. He is a member of numerous medical and research organizations and is the author of 14 academic publications and 48 published abstracts. He has 10 issued patents and 9 pending patent applications for new technologies in orthopedic surgery. Mark received his MD degree from the University of Zulia, Venezuela and his DSc in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion. He completed his training in Orthopedic Surgery at the Rambam Medical Center, Haifa, Israel and his clinical and research fellowship at the Nuffield Orthopedic Center, University of Oxford.
David Elkaim joined EOI in 2010 with over 10 years' experience in the Israeli medical device industry. As former VP International Sales & Marketing at Disc-O-Tech Ltd., David led the company's sales from zero to $15M, at which time the company was sold to Kyphon Inc. Previously, he served as VP Sales & Marketing at NeuroSonix and Intramed, and has consulted for various Israeli biotechnology companies. David holds a BA and MBA in finance (SCL) from the Solvay Business School, Belgium.
Dale joined EPO in 2016 with over 28 years of medical device experience starting his career at Medtronic which elevated to executive level sales and business roles. He served as Vice President od Sales for Spinal Elements and AlloSource. Most recently, Dale led sales and business development with Trinity Orthopedcis and orchestarted a global distribution agreement with Medtronic. He holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Eran Ishay joined the company in 2012 after holding senior management positions in the semiconductor capital equipment industry for over 15 years. Eran held R&D and product line management positions within the FPD Division at Orbotech. Most recently, he was the VP for the FPD Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) product line. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Itay Cohen joined EOI in 2010 with 13 years of experience in accounting, financial and operations management. Prior to EOI, he served as CFO of several start-up companies in the high-tech and life-science sectors. Previously, Itay spent 5 years as Financial Director in ClearForest and MediaMind, overseeing their entire financial infrastructure, in Europe and the US. Itay holds a BA in Accounting & Business from the Israeli College of Management and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
